Almond Conference Research Highlights
We were featured in a few different posters presented at the Almond Conference last month. Not only does FloraPulse continue to prove a high degree of accuracy against the pressure bomb, but irrigation was also successfully automated from the sensor data (Shackel, 2023). Irrigation treatments were able to be maintained at a target SWP with the use of FloraPulse MicroTs, and moderate tree stress cut water use by 65% compared to control.

In cased you missed it, FloraPulse was featured in the previous issue of National Nut Grower. Dr. Allan Fulton from University of California Cooperative Extension states that the MicroT “…addresses the the main challenge frequently cited by growers with the pressure chamber, and that is labor.”
