Where is my FloraPulse Order?
We aren’t ignoring you! Unfortunately, we are simply facing delays while we wait for parts and take time to preform quality control testing. We are working as fast as possible to get orders out to our customers. Although it is difficult to estimate shipping times, the following is a bit more information about where we are at in manufacturing.
Analog Probes: Every FloraPulse system includes an analog probe, and all probes are tediously hand assembled in factory.
SDI-12 Converters: Some of the parts needed for these probes are missing, and as such we expect to not have them ready for a couple more weeks.
Dataloggers: We are in the process of assembling 100+ dataloggers by hand, and are also are working to improve reliability with the firmware. Don’t worry though! Subscription customers are only billed for the year that they lease the equipment.
